Refund policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unused
  • In the original condition and packaging

Items showing signs of wear, damage, odors, or alteration cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange your item for:

  • A different size
  • A different color
  • A different design of equal value

Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.

Returns for Refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items are received and approved. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • If we made an error, we'll send a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace the item or provide a full refund.

  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo of the item

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Final-sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads
  • Worn hats, underwear, or swimwear

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation as processing may have already begun.

Processing Time

Once your return is received, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before an exchange or refund is issued.
