All verified orders will receive an initial email confirming the purchase, followed by a second email with tracking details once the order has shipped.

Orders are reviewed by fraud detection services. If an order is flagged as fraudulent or too high-risk to fulfill, the payment will be voided, and all funds will be released back to the original payment method.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after verified payment is received. Orders placed on Friday evenings, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that during peak seasons, shipping times may be slightly delayed.

Where We Ship

We're happy to offer shipping across all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico! At this time, we're unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We appreciate your understanding and hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Cancellations and Changes to Existing Orders

Cancellations and changes to the shipping address are not possible once an order has been placed. If a shipment is returned to us, we will not refund the original shipping costs (if applicable).

The term unisex can be a bit confusing when trying to select the best size t-shirts or hoodies. A unisex product is a product that can be worn by a man or a woman. Unisex garments are sized based on men's measurement.

Recommendation: When ordering unisex products for women, we recommend to order a size smaller. For example, a woman that typically wears a medium should order a small unisex garment.

  • Do products contain caffeine?

    Yes, all teas contain caffeine naturally as well as our cold brew. Our black teas contain 15mg of caffeine in every 12oz serving. The cold brew have 150mg per 12oz serving. energy or sport drinks vary from 160mg-200mg depending on product.

  • How do I get Aloha?

    Our products are available in dispensaries and online, depends on the state that you reside in. Not all of our products are available in every dispensary at this time! We are working very hard to expand to include your local spot! In the meantime, please request that your favorite dispensary start carrying Aloha products or check out what's available on-line for your state.

  • What is the shelf life? How long can I keep your product before I drink it?

    The shelf life of our PET products is 12 months from the day they were made, unopened. After opening the beverage, the shelf life is 30 days refrigerated, 2-4 days not refrigerated. If seal is broken dispose of the product.

  • Are there any allergens to be aware of? Gluten? Nuts? Dairy? Etc?

    All of our tea and beverages are gluten free, dairy free, dye free, sugar free, etc. All of our products are made all naturally, with organic ingredients. We use agave to sweeten our products which is far superior to sugar, corn syrup, sugar alcohols, etc. These products are designed with your dietary needs in mind, so Aloha products are allergen free, processed ingredient free and naturally made by humans.

  • Are your products organic? Are your products considered organic?

    All of our tea and beverages are made with organic ingredients. The taste is undeniable!

  • Are you a public company?

    No, Aloha is privately held. Cannabis legalization may change that.

  • Can I drink Aloha hot?

    Yes, many of our teas are delicious hot. Just pour into a cup and heat.

  • Can I make the cold brew with cream, sugar, iced, hot?

    Yes, you can make the cold brew however you drink your coffee. Hot or iced, either way, add cream and sugar as you desire. No sugar, no cream, just good coffee!

  • When was Aloha first produced?

  • Onset time for products?

    Fast acting technology allows onset in under 15mins.

  • Is it safe to be active on Aloha?

    Knowing your dose is important. We recommend taking the smallest dose you are comfortable with and setting a timer for 15 mins to see how the product affects you. Our active products are made with an active lifestyle in mind.

  • Can I drive using Aloha products?

    We don't recommend driving while using any Aloha product.

  • Can Aloha products be used for seizure disorders?

    Yes, please utilize any of the RSO line as a full spectrum product of that type can really help. Please consult your physician.

  • Can I mix Aloha products with other drinks or food or alcohol?

    Yes, Aloha technology allows it to take the form of anything you add it to. While mixing with alcohol one can experience an entourage effect that may or may not be unpleasant.
